Photograph of me. Smiley Face. I am standing in Charleston, South Carolina in Rainbow Row. The walls behind me are deep lavender, and a slice of bright mint green is visible on the right hand side. The sun reflects off my golden brown hair. My eyes are large, gray-blue, and bright. I have a soft smile. I am wearing a brown warehouse jacket over a floral, long-sleeved peasant shirt.

CONTRARY

Analytical. Creative. Empathetic.Team Player.

I am that atypical yet much-needed mixture of an analytical and creative thinker. I bring a deep sense of empathy in researching users' everyday headaches and mindfulness for the obstacles people of differing abilities face; I've lost much of the peripheral vision in my right eye and my experiences from this genetic condition fuel my dream to make technology available and usable for everyone. I believe the beauty in user experience is not just in aesthetic appeal, but in universal design.
